Doctors always recommend various exercises and stretches to keep your limbs fresh and limber, but this can equally apply to your feet as well. Let’s take a look at some simple exercises you can do to keep your feet in great shape this summer.

The following exercises can help improve the range of motion in your feet, but before you attempt any of these it’s important to consult an experienced podiatrist, especially if you’re experiencing any foot pain, or suffer from diabetes or arthritis.

This exercise can strengthen the muscles in your toes and feet. You can also put a heavy object on the towel to add weight. Repeat this exercise several times with each foot.
